Dental Assistant Instructor – Join Our Team at PCI Health Training Center in Richardson! 🦷✨

Are you passionate about dental assisting and ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for an energetic, driven Dental Assistant Instructor to join our team at our PCI Richardson campus and help shape the next generation of healthcare professionals.

What You’ll Do:

  •  Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction in dental assisting 
  •  Inspire and motivate students to succeed in both classroom and clinical settings 
  •  Provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout students’ educational journey 
  •  Maintain a positive, high-energy learning environment 
  •  Track student progress and ensure program outcomes are achieved 
What We’re Looking For:

  •  Dental assisting experience, RDA required
  •  Previous teaching or training experience is a plus—but not required 
  •  Strong communication and organizational skills 
  •  High energy, positivity, and a passion for helping others grow 
  •  A go-getter mindset with the ability to motivate and connect with students
