About the Role

The Architect conducts site investigations and develops architectural and engineering documentation for campus buildings and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

·         • Prepare detailed AutoCAD and Revit drawings, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and utility documentation.

·         • Conduct site investigations and record field notations.

·         • Analyze architectural drawings and develop accurate documentation sets.

·         • Support documentation management and coordination with engineering teams.

·         • Ensure accuracy and completeness of building and utility records.

Minimum Qualifications

·         • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

·         • Ability to conduct field measurements and site investigations.

·         • Strong documentation and technical drawing skills.

·         • Strong communication skills.

Physical Requirements

·         • Frequent on‑site building walkthroughs.

·         • Ability to climb stairs, access mechanical spaces, and carry equipment up to 25 lbs.

·         • Extended periods of computer‑based drafting.
