Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in a bilingual environment if applicable
- Proven experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for accurate transactions
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities to support team coordination
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about features and benefits
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
- Effective phone etiquette for professional remote communication
