Position Overview
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales on the showroom floor.
This is a commission-based role, with a guaranteed base during training, giving you the opportunity to increase your income through performance.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Customer Experience
- Greet every customer with energy and professionalism
- Build rapport and identify customer needs
- Provide a welcoming, no-pressure but results-driven experience
Sales Execution
- Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits
- Recommend solutions that fit the customer’s space, style, and budget
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products
- Close sales confidently and consistently
Operations
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges using POS systems
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
Communication
- Answer customer questions in-store and over the phone
- Schedule follow-ups and maintain customer relationships
- Work collaboratively with your team to drive store performance
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
- Basic math and transaction handling skills
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus—but not required
