Pre-Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 year of experience in customer service, support, success, onboarding, account management, or a related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English with good grammar and spelling
- Able to explain complex topics in a simple way
- Strong people skills and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and software
- Able to work well with customers and internal teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in software and customer relationship management
- Ability to understand and explain workflow-based software
- Experience in onboarding, implementation, client education, account support, or customer success
- Friendly and polished professional presence

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
