Account Associate – Jackie Hunt, State Farm Insurance – Menomonie, WI (Two Positions Available)
We are hiring two Account Associates to join our team, each with a distinct focus to support our growing State Farm agency in Menomonie, WI:
- Customer Service-Focused Account Associate: Primary responsibilities include supporting ongoing customer relationships, managing policy renewals, and providing excellent customer care. Inside sales and cross-selling will be a secondary focus.
- Inside Sales-Focused Account Associate: Primary responsibilities include driving new business through inside sales and outreach efforts, with customer service and relationship maintenance as a key secondary focus.
Both positions work closely together to achieve office goals and provide outstanding service to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities
- Engage with existing and prospective customers via phone, email, and community outreach to effectively communicate available product options and services.
- Coordinate daily operations across multiple business functions to support achievement of office goals and objectives.
- Foster team development through clear communication, coaching, and collaborative efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all customer interactions and activities.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve customer retention and outreach targets.
- Monitor and track key activities, providing regular progress reports against established performance metrics.
- Customer Service Role: Focus on customer retention, policy renewals, and relationship management.
- Sales Role: Focus on prospect outreach, lead generation, and inside sales activities.
Qualifications
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities demonstrated through previous roles.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to daily activities with a proven track record.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer care, business development, and marketing.
- Experience in the insurance industry preferred.
- Interest in professional growth within an agency environment.
- Must possess or be able to obtain Property, Casualty, Life, and Health state insurance licenses.
- Candidates with strengths in customer service and relationship management are encouraged to apply to be considered for the Customer Service-Focused role.
- Candidates with strengths in sales, business development, and lead generation are encouraged to apply to be considered for the Inside Sales-Focused role.

Compensation
$45,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
