Front of House / Customer Service Team Member – Help Open the Newest Satchmo’s Concept in Munds Park!
Satchmo’s is opening a new location in Munds Park! This will be the newest addition to the Satchmo’s Family of Culinary concepts, and we are looking for front of the house team members who want to be part of building something special from the ground up.
This is not just another front of house job. This is a chance to be part of opening a new restaurant, helping set the tone for guest experience from day one, and becoming part of something that feels connected to the Munds Park community. We are looking for people who bring energy, hospitality, and pride to every shift and who know how to keep things moving while making guests feel welcome.
Our Munds Park location will feature fast-paced service throughout the day, and we need team members who can stay organized, move with urgency, and help create a smooth, friendly experience for every guest who walks through the door. As a Front of House Team Member, you may take orders, process payments, run food, keep the dining area clean, and support the team wherever needed during busy shifts.
This role also includes working the service line behind the counter, helping portion and serve meats, sides, and other menu items with speed, consistency, and attention to detail. As the newest addition to The Satchmo’s Family of Culinary Concepts, this location is also a great opportunity to be part of special local events, seasonal activity, and community events in Munds Park. What you’ll do:
- Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service
- Take accurate orders in person and over the phone
- Handle cash and process payments correctly
- Work the service line behind the counter, serving and portioning meats, sides, and other menu items
- Help keep the line moving smoothly during rushes
- Run food and support service as needed
- Keep the dining room, counter, and service areas clean and organized
- Help restock supplies and support opening and closing duties
- Work as a team and jump in wherever needed
- Food Handlers Certification
What we’re looking for:
- Strong customer service skills
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability, urgency, and attention to detail
- Willingness to cross-train and help outside your main station
- Restaurant, cashier, or counter-service experience is helpful, but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–50 pounds

Compensation: $18.35 - $23.00 per hour
