Primetone LLC is looking for a responsible and punctual doorman to assist with the cleaning and maintenance of common areas in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Working Hours:

Saturday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Sunday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM


Main responsibilities:

Cleaning of common areas: lobby, corridors, stairs and elevators
Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
Take out trash and recycling, replacing trash bags
Clean doors, windows, and glass surfaces
Check and remove dust or cobwebs in common areas
Maintain clean outdoor areas when necessary
Report any maintenance issues or damage

Requirements:

Valid Social Security Number (SSN) or authorization to work in the U.S.
Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds
Be responsible, punctual and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently
Driver's license and reliable vehicle are preferred, but not required
