About Us
R & R Breakfast Spot is a busy, customer-focused breakfast restaurant known for fresh food and fast service. We’re looking for a dependable and experienced line cook who can handle a high-volume breakfast shift and work well with our team.

Job Responsibilities

  •  Prepare and cook breakfast items to order (eggs, pancakes, omelets, meats, etc.) 
  •  Set up and stock stations before service 
  •  Maintain speed and quality during busy rush periods 
  •  Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards 
  •  Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and safe 
  •  Monitor food levels and communicate with prep staff on shortages 
  •  Assist with inventory and stock rotation (FIFO) 
  •  Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed 
Requirements

  •  Previous line cook experience required (breakfast experience preferred) 
  •  Ability to cook multiple orders at once in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Strong understanding of breakfast cooking techniques (eggs, griddle, timing) 
  •  Reliable and punctual, especially for early shifts 
  •  Ability to work weekends and peak hours 
  •  Team player with good communication skills 
  •  Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs. 
Schedule

  •  Early morning shifts (typically starting between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM) 
  •  Weekend availability required 
Pay

  •  Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
