What You’ll Do
- Lead daily camp operations and supervise camp staff
- Create a fun, safe, and structured environment for campers
- Manage schedules, staffing, and daily programming execution
- Communicate with families and support camper enrollment
- Assist with staff training and team development
- Ensure safety standards and program quality are consistently met
- Daily camp operations and camper experience
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with youth (camp, childcare, coaching, education, etc.)
- Natural leadership ability and strong organization skills
- Ability to manage a team and solve problems confidently
- Professional communication with parents and staff
- Someone who takes ownership and leads by example
