Role Overview
As an EDI / B2B Integration Analyst, you will design, support, and optimize EDI integrations across trading partners and enterprise applications. You will ensure reliable transaction processing, rapid issue resolution, and strong operational stability in a high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  •  Design, develop, and maintain EDI transactions (ANSI X12: 850, 856, 810, 855, 997
  •  Configure and support IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi) and related EDI components 
  •  Onboard and integrate trading partners (vendors, 3PLs, distributors) 
  •  Support communication protocols: AS2, SFTP, VAN
  •  Integrate EDI transactions with Oracle EBS (Order Management, AR, Shipping) 
  •  Troubleshoot EDI failures, mapping issues, and data discrepancies; perform root-cause analysis 
  •  Monitor production flows and ensure SLA adherence using ServiceNow or similar tools 
  •  Partner with business and technical teams to support O2C workflows end-to-end 
  •  Contribute to serialization/compliance initiatives where applicable (TraceLink / DSCSA exposure) 
  •  Maintain documentation for mappings, processes, partner specifications, and runbooks 
Required Qualifications
  •  5+ years of hands-on experience in EDI / B2B integrations
  •  Strong experience with IBM Sterling B2Bi (or similar: Gentran, Axway) 
  •  Deep knowledge of ANSI X12 standards and transactions (850/856/810, etc.) 
  •  Experience with AS2, SFTP, VAN communications, and partner connectivity 
  •  Experience integrating EDI with Oracle EBS (R12 preferred) 
  •  Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support discipline 
  •  Experience working in high-volume production environments 
  •  Exposure to TraceLink / DSCSA serialization is a plus 
  •  Familiarity with middleware/integration tools and APIs (e.g., ArcESB, CData, REST APIs
