Internal Finance Account Manager
Disaster Relief Professionals LLC dba SERVPRO of Kailua seeks an Internal Finance Account
Manager in Kaneohe, HI. Tasked with evaluating overall performance by gathering, analyzing,
and interpreting key performance metrics. Collaborate with executive management and division
managers to develop annual budgets, including establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing, and
consolidating financial data. Prepare, improve, and issue monthly financial statements for
executive management and external parties; achieve budget objectives by scheduling
expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Ensure effective accounts
receivable collection processes are maintained. Maximize return on financial assets by
establishing and enforcing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems that
protect assets and guide sound financial decisions. Monitor financial condition through internal
audits and coordination with external auditors. Assist with screening, hiring, training, and
retaining accounting staff; conduct performance reviews and develop corrective action plans as
needed. Support continuous professional development in leadership, management, and team
building. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
12 months of experience in the Accounting and/or Finance field.
Salary: $84,760 yr.
