Responsibilities:
* Manage, Train and mentor existing & newly hired Medical Assistants
* Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and procedures
* Assist with patient care, including vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, and more
* Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence and teamwork

Qualifications:
* Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant (Urgent Care or Primary Care experience a plus!)
* Strong communication and leadership skills. Athena experience a Plus!
* Passion for training and developing staff

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Medlife Urgent Care diagnoses and treats a wide range of non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries from fevers, sore throats and minor infections to chronic conditions, routine physicals, digestive disorders, allergies, vaccines, etc.
We provide diagnostic services including x-rays, ultrasounds and lab tests for fractures, throat cultures, transmittable diseases and other medical conditions and injuries.
