Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Communicate product and service information clearly to customers
- Support sales and marketing initiatives through customer interactions
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
