Skilled Trades Recruiter (High-Performance / High-Volume)
Location: Rockledge, FL (on-site)
About the Role
We are seeking experienced, high-output Skilled Trades Recruiters to support large, ongoing hiring initiatives tied to major projects in the Space Coast area. This is a fast-paced, results-driven environment where success comes from urgency, consistency, and the ability to deliver quality candidates quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Source, recruit, and place skilled trades professionals
- Drive consistent outbound activity and build strong candidate pipelines
- Utilize Boolean search and creative sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, submittals, and placements
- Submit detailed candidate profiles through internal and client systems
- Provide regular updates on pipeline and hiring progress
- Partner with internal teams to support large-scale, time-sensitive hiring efforts
- Maintain flexibility to support business needs, including occasional after-hours or weekend work
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in skilled trades recruiting (high volume)
- Strong sourcing ability - not reliant on inbound applicants
- Comfortable with cold outreach and building pipelines from scratch
- Experience using Boolean search and multiple sourcing platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
- Experience with ATS systems
Compensation & Structure
- $50K–$60K base salary + commission
- Team-based commission structure with strong earning potential
- Consistent req flow tied to active projects in the region
