About the Role:
Join OWEN MOTOR GROUP INC as an Automotive Service Advisor, where you will be the key link between our customers and our skilled technicians. In this dynamic role, you will ensure exceptional service experiences while driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs and services.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns and specifications.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on service recommendations.
- Ensure a clean and organized service area for optimal customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
- Promote service specials and upsell additional services when appropriate.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new vehicle technologies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for the automotive industry.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in a service advisor role is a plus.
