Job Summary
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing materials and ensure they meet our high-quality standards. You will inspect commercial facilities using our proven methods, providing recommendations to facility leads on areas for improvement. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail and is committed to our high standards of quality.  This role requires evening availability to support night shift operations across commercial accounts. Ideal candidates are comfortable with a consistent evening schedule and thrive working independently during off-hours 

Responsibilities 
  • Serve as the primary on-the-ground point of contact for three large commercial accounts
  • Conduct monthly client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and address concerns proactively
  • Respond to client issues promptly and professionally — same day without exception
  • Represent the company owner with the same professionalism and integrity they bring personally
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
  • Conduct weekly site inspections across all three commercial accounts
  • Submit detailed digital inspection reports after every visit via Microsoft Forms
  • Monitor patterns across sites and flag recurring concerns to ownership before they escalate
  • Identify quality issues immediately and work with site leads to correct them
  • Oversee site leads at each location — provide guidance, accountability and consistent support
  • Verify staff attendance and clock-ins 
  • Ensure project quality meets company standards and client expectations
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of testing outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
  • Document and escalate any performance or conduct issues to ownership immediately

Qualifications
  • Background in commercial cleaning, facilities management, hospitality, or property management
  • Experience managing client accounts or service relationships directly
  • OSHA Certified
  • Understanding of quality control standards and testing methods
  • Attention to detail 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
