As our Studio Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of BODYBAR Pilates Exton β leading our pre-launch membership drive, building a high-energy sales team, and creating a community culture that Exton won't stop talking about.
Your #1 mission before Grand Opening Day: hit membership targets. You are the face of BODYBAR.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive studio growth by owning the BODYBAR sales process, hitting monthly revenue goals, and retaining members through genuine connection and follow-through
- Lead with purpose by recruiting, coaching, and holding accountable a sales team that thrives on performance and people
- Build local buzz through grassroots marketing, community partnerships, and events that bring new faces through the door every week
- Create unforgettable member experiences by forming real relationships, supporting individual goals, and turning happy members into enthusiastic referral machines
- Maintain a flawless studio environment that reflects the BODYBAR standard β clean, polished, welcoming, always
- Own retail operations by coordinating with vendors, keeping products stocked and beautifully merchandised
- Stay sharp behind the scenes by managing scheduling, inventory, and studio admin with precision and care
- Live the BODYBAR culture by showing up for members before and after every class β because community is everything
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of team leadership and management experience
- 5+ years in fitness, retail, or service sales with a track record of consistently hitting and exceeding targets
- A genuine talent for lead generation through events, partnerships, and referrals
- Clear, confident communication β in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Exceptional organization and the ability to juggle priorities without dropping the ball
- Professionalism, reliability, and a passion for showing up
- Comfort with technology and a knack for picking up new systems quickly
- A real love for fitness and helping people reach their goals
