- Dates: June 8th - August 21st, 2026
- Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Location: Northern Virginia field sites đź“Ť (Must live within ~10 miles of Vienna, VA) \
- Pay: $170 per day + mileage reimbursement đź’°
💼 What You’ll Do
- Field Leadership: Visit ~4 camp locations daily to mentor counselors and monitor program qualityÂ
- Logistics & Support: Deliver emergency supplies and gear so the science never stopsÂ
- Problem Solve: Act as the first responder for on-site issues, staff call-outs, or student behavior managementÂ
- Oversight: Provide daily performance reports back to the main administrative office
âś… What You Need
- Leadership: 1 - 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacityÂ
- Youth Background: 1 - 2 years of experience working directly with children.
- Wheels: A reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license for daily field travel (Required)Â
- Clearance: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
