Pure Water Technology is looking for a motivated, high-energy Inside Sales / Business Development Representative to join our growing team.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated and wants to develop a long-term career in B2B sales

What You’ll Do
  • Make outbound calls to businesses throughout our territory 
  • Speak with decision-makers and identify potential opportunities 
  • Set qualified appointments for our outside sales team 
  • Navigate gatekeepers and confidently guide conversations 
  • Build rapport and create strong first impressions over the phone 
  • Introduce businesses to our water purification solutions 
  • Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication 
  • Track calls, notes, and opportunities in our CRM system 
What We’re Looking For
  • Clear, confident communication skills 
  • Comfortable making 80–100+ outbound calls per day 
  • Strong listening and questioning skills 
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented 
  • Comfortable asking for the appointment and handling rejection 
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, Outlook, etc.) 
  • Sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is a plus 
  • Competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed 
Compensation & Schedule
  • Hourly base pay + uncapped commission 
  • Average first-year earnings: $50,000–$80,000+ 
  • Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling 
  • Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 
  • No nights or weekends
