Nurture a child’s first five years by:
- Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children
- Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety
- Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire
- Managing operation of the school
- Ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control
An ideal candidate would:
- Have 3-5 years experience working in the field of ECE
- Hold an Associate's degree or higher in the field of ECE
- Be familiar with the Indiana FSSA licensed childcare center guidelines
- Knowledgeable about national and state accreditation practices
