Chapa Service Company is a fast-growing commercial HVAC provider serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in HVAC or commercial construction and a strong background sales or Business Development.
Role Summary
The Commercial HVAC Sales & Business Development Manager is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth through new business development, strategic account expansion, and long-term customer relationships. This role owns the full sales lifecycle across commercial HVAC service agreements, retrofits, and equipment replacement projects, with accountability for recurring revenue growth, margin performance, and service-to-project pull-through.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, pursue, and close commercial HVAC opportunities including maintenance agreements, retrofits, and equipment replacement projects
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue, gross margin, and sales performance targets
• Build, manage, and accurately forecast a robust sales pipeline
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, general contractors, consultants, and developers
• Conduct site walks to evaluate equipment condition, service history, lifecycle status, and replacement needs
• Identify customer pain points including downtime risk, energy inefficiency, compliance exposure, and aging infrastructure
• Own the growth, pricing, and performance of commercial maintenance and service agreement programs
• Review existing service agreements for scope alignment, pricing accuracy, and margin performance
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting within the CRM
• Support project handoff from sales to operations to ensure scope clarity and margin preservation
• Serve as a point of continuity for key customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Utilize market intelligence and building data tools to identify target properties and expansion opportunities
• Support invoicing and collections efforts in coordination with operations and finance teams

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
