About the Role:
Join Aspiring Munchkins LLC as an Early Intervention Special Instructor and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with developmental delays. Our dynamic team in Brooklyn, NY is dedicated to fostering growth and learning in a supportive and engaging environment. We are currently hiring Special Instructor throughout the 5 boroughs of NYC.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized assessments to identify each child's unique needs and strengths.
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans that promote developmental milestones.
- Provide direct instruction and support to children in various settings, including home and community.
- Collaborate with families to enhance their understanding of intervention strategies.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices.
- Engage in community outreach to raise awareness about early intervention services.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Special Education ( Students with disabilities Birth to Grade 2)
- Valid New York State certification in Special Education / Students with Disabilities Birth to Grade 2).
- Experience working with young children with special needs is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with families and teams.
- Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential.

Compensation: $55.00 - $85.00 per hour
