Lake Bluff, IL | Full-Time | Annual Base $60,000 - $120,000 + Uncapped performance-based bonuses
CallUSFirst (United Services by Permaco, Inc.) is a 24/7 disaster cleanup and restoration company that has helped customers get back to normal following unexpected events since 1981. We’re growing and looking for our next top sales professional and project manager.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships and interface with a variety of people
- Lead multiple projects and achieving success through quality work, customer satisfaction, and profitability
- Create and adhere to plans, budgets, and schedules
- Provide detailed job documentation, securing signatures and contractual payments when needed to support the job management process
- Be one of our first responders and, as such, will participate in our on-call rotation

What We Seek:
- Previous experience in sales, estimating, construction, insurance adjusting, or other related fields
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Effective teaming and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency as well as a desire to learn and excel
- Ability to thrive under high stress situations while being compassionate and calming with customers
- Deadline and detail orientation as well as organization skills
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage own time, being flexible and adaptable as needed
- Intermediate computer skills
- Familiarity with construction management, project management, CRM, estimating software
- A valid driver’s license and the required insurable driving record
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
