Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Intern to support our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and contributing to a positive office environment.

You’ll step in to assist when our receptionist is unavailable and help with a variety of administrative and marketing-related projects. If you’re someone who takes initiative, communicates well, and enjoys a mix of tasks throughout the day, we’d love to connect with you.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers
- Greet and support customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide front desk coverage when the receptionist is out
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and organizing documents
- Support marketing efforts, including assembling mailers and other outreach materials
- Help with general office projects and day-to-day team support
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks
Compensation & Schedule:
- $15/hour
- Part-time, up to 20 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling options available
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
