- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, supporting communication across all Paul Davis services
- Facilitate work authorizations and disposal approvals with clients as needed
- Scheduling and coordination of jobs
- Supervise and support field technicians to ensure daily goals and performance expectations are met
- Plan job sites and order supplies while managing labor and material budgets
- Ensure ERT technicians are prepared each morning with proper equipment, materials, and clear direction
- Train and support team members in contents handling, including cleaning, wrapping, packing, hauling, and safe lifting practices
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with Estimators, Contents Crew Chiefs (CCC), and Technical Specialists
- Complete required TPA/insurance documentation, including accurate RMS notes
- Upload job photos daily to The Huddle (SharePoint) as needed
- Oversee Assured Software reports, including downloading, sharing with homeowners, and distributing to internal team members
- Monitor RMS to ensure accuracy and daily updates, including:
- Equipment tracking
- Compliance task completion
- Daily job file updates
- Partner with the Shop Manager to manage equipment tracking (check-in/check-out)
- Complete final walkthroughs and obtain Certificates of Completion from clients
- Accurately track time daily, assigning labor to the appropriate jobs
- Assist clients with retrieving and managing contents from storage
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or COO
