Perform sales duties for the company to include in-home sales consultations for HVAC systems and any other products or services provided by the Company. Coordinate with the install teams, the office and the customer to ensure a smooth purchasing experience for the customer, accurate paperwork for the office and a smooth installation process for the installers. Resolve all issues for customers – customer service is the most important aspect of this position. Perform the functions of this position in an ethical and moral manner and always represent the company in a professional manner. This job is 100% commission - Based the more customers, the more you earn!

  •   2-years of experience as a Residential Comfort Consultant in HVAC

  •   Physical Requirements
  •   Work from 28’ extension ladder and 12’ step ladder
  •   Must hold EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
  •   Ability to regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds
  •   Ability to work in usually loud conditions
  •   Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, climb, balance and smell
  •   Sitting may be required up to 75% of the time due to the primary function of driving
  •   Visual requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus due to      the constant maneuvering of vehicle in tight and high traffic areas.
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
