Position Overview:
We are seeking an outgoing, polished, and results-driven Sales Associate to represent our luxury spa brand. This role focuses on engaging guests, promoting spa services, and driving bookings through exceptional customer interaction and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage guests in a warm, professional, and approachable manner
- Educate clients on spa services, packages, and promotions
- Actively promote and sell spa services, memberships, and gift cards
- Assist with booking appointments and capturing client information
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing tent space
- Uphold brand standards and deliver a luxury-level guest experience
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous sales, retail, or hospitality experience preferred (luxury experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable initiating conversations
- Passion for wellness, beauty, and self-care
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance

Compensation: $20/hour + commission
