Responsibilities of the job:
- Daily cost and revenue Auditing
- Record Inter-Company accounting transactions with other locations
- Trial balance maintenance, including Cash receipts and disbursement activities, and general journal preparation etc.
- Perform tasks associated with monthly financial statement closing
- Analyze select Balance Sheet and P&L accounts
- Research and respond questions from Headquarters or other offices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of MS Office & email applications
- Intermediate Excel skills, working with multiple spreadsheets, are required
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while working collaboratively as part of the team
- Well-developed problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with strong analytical abilities, numbers and detail oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks within tight timelines
- Ability to work flexible hours with some weekends and evenings
