APG is an independent new-model label and music publisher. Led by veteran music executive Mike Caren, APG is a well-funded label / publisher with the agility of an indie and the muscle of a major.
The company is fast-paced, creative, and very close to artists and writers. It’s a place for fast-moving but thoughtful and hardworking up-and-comers, determined to make a significant mark on the industry.
We are looking for a receptionist to support the day-to-day office operations and ad hoc projects for the other label departments. Success in this role looks like a trajectory into a full-time opportunity within the business.
TITLE: Receptionist
REPORTS TO: Director of Operations and Artist Development
LOCATION: Beverly Hills, California

Responsibilities:
· Serve as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and visitors
· Use AI and digital tools to improve efficiency across recurring administrative tasks, scheduling, communications, and office workflows
· Manage front desk coverage, incoming deliveries, mail, and overall office flow
· Keep office, kitchen, conference, and common areas organized, stocked, and presentation-ready
· Support day-to-day office operations including supplies, vendors, room setups, and general logistics
· Assist with setting up and breakdown for meetings, showcases, office events, and other activations
· Prepare spaces for A&R, marketing, content, and executive meetings
· Drive workplace technology needs including conference room setup, office screens, printers, guest check-in systems, and basic troubleshooting of common office tech issues
· Troubleshoot IT needs and platforms issues as needed
· Update lobby TVs, office screens, and other in-office displays with approved content and announcements
Important skills and experience
· 1–2 years of office coordination, administration, operations, tech, or similar experience
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Comfortable using Google Workspace, Mac OS, and modern office technology
· Familiarity with AI tools and digital workplace platforms is a plus
· Comfortable troubleshooting basic office tech issues including printers, screens, Wi-Fi, conferencing tools, and guest check-in platforms
· Ability to stay organized and follow through in a fast-moving environment
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

· College preferred
Budget
· $19.00/hr - $20.00/hr
