We are looking for a proactive Operations Coordinator to be the "pulse" of our team—leading supervisor accountability, streamlining workflows, and ensuring our clinicians are supported to do their best work.

What You’ll Do
Working closely with the Operations Director, you’ll manage four key pillars:
- Supervisor Accountability: Lead weekly check-ins with BCBAs to track billable hours, documentation, and calendar accuracy.
- Workflow Management: Maintain internal trackers and solve operational puzzles before they become problems.
- Hiring Support: Keep the recruitment engine humming by monitoring interview pipelines and onboarding transitions.
- Scheduling Oversight: Ensure therapist/client coverage is seamless and resolve scheduling conflicts with speed.

Qualifications
- 1–3+ years in Operations, Admin Coordination, or Project Management.
- High proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs/Calendar.
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health is a plus, but a "can-do" attitude is a must!

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
