- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes, payments and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide quotes and recommend insurance related products.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
