Sitework Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking a Sitework Foreman to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Directing and supervising labor crews and equipment operators
- Reading and interpreting plans, grades, and specs
- Coordinating with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
- Ensuring safety standards are followed
- Tracking progress and reporting daily production
- Troubleshooting field issues in real time
Type of work:
- Excavation and grading
- Installation of utilities (storm, sanitary, water)
- Roadwork, curbs, and sidewalks
- Drainage systems
- Site prep for paving or foundations
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Foreman or similar position is preferred
- Deep understanding of work optimization methods
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills
- Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
Compensation: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
