Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Kitchen & Bath Remodeler to join our team! We are renovating apartment homes and need dependable professionals who take pride in quality workmanship, efficiency, and teamwork.
Our goal is to complete a full apartment unit renovation in five days, then move unit-to-unit until an entire community is complete. We are looking for motivated individuals who can work at a high level while maintaining excellent craftsmanship.

Responsibilities
- Finish carpentry
- Installing doors, casing, and base trim
- Tub and toilet installation
- Cabinet and shelving installation
- Installing switches and outlets
- Drywall repair and patching
- General remodeling and punch-out work
- Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
- Coordinate daily workflow
- Maintain production schedules
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Prepare units for new residents, ensuring high-quality, timely turnovers
- Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Inspect properties regularly to identify issues and ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently
- Provide courteous, professional communication with residents and staff
- Maintain accurate service records using maintenance management software
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold property appearance standards
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Qualifications
- Construction or remodeling experience
- Finish carpentry experience
- Ability to work full-time and maintain attendance
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and general maintenance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation capable of safely transporting tools, ladders, and supplies
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Proficient with Word and Excel a plus
Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
