Your Role: Personal Care Assistant
You will provide compassionate, personalized care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, safety, and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals based on dietary needs
- Provide light housekeeping
- Monitor client safety and report changes in condition
- Document care and communicate with the care team
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Compassionate, reliable, and professional
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ 2+ years caregiving experience (preferred; training available)
✔ Recent NAB clearance (within 6 months)
✔ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
