Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls professionally and promptly
- Process customer payments accurately
- Assist customers with adding or trading vehicles on their policies
- Provide policy quotes and answer coverage questions
- Handle coverage and billing changes efficiently
- Focus on customer retention through outstanding service
- Generate referrals from satisfied customers
- Encourage customers to leave Google reviews
- Pivot customers to additional products you are licensed to sell
- Assist customers with setting up claims
