About the Role:
Join ANNGA TOP as a Dishwasher-Prep Cook in Coconut, AL, where you will play a vital role in our kitchen team. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about food preparation and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and mixing ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support chefs and cooks in daily kitchen operations.
- Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and report shortages.
- Participate in kitchen team meetings and training sessions.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or prep cook preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
