Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure kitchen efficiency.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
- Support chefs during busy service periods by providing timely assistance.
- Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Participate in kitchen cleaning duties and deep cleaning tasks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
