About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at ANNGA TOP as a Dishwasher-Prep Cook in Sunrise, FL! This exciting role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about food preparation and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to maintain a clean kitchen environment.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
- Ensure all kitchen areas are sanitized and organized for optimal efficiency.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during peak service times to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a busy setting.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and sanitation practices.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work well under pressure.
