You will:
- Take full ownership of your shiftsâleading the team, making decisions, and driving resultsÂ

- 3+ years retail or customer-facing experienceÂ
- 2+ years leadership or supervisory experienceÂ
- Proven ability to coach and develop a teamÂ

- Flexible schedule (weekends and some holidays required)Â
- Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 40 lbsÂ
