Our services include individual and group therapy, case management, Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), and Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI).
About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to support our growing organization by providing high-quality, trauma-informed clinical services to individuals and families in community-based and outpatient settings. This role focuses on delivering psychotherapy and clinical interventions to clients, including services provided in clients’ homes, community settings, and/or via telehealth, depending on program needs and client preferences.
The Licensed Therapist is responsible for conducting clinical assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that support client stabilization, recovery, and long-term wellness. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, community-oriented environment and skilled in adapting clinical interventions to meet clients where they are—both emotionally and physically.
