The Jack Boyajian Insurance Agency
We’re looking for a motivated and organized Customer Relations Representative to help our insurance agents attract and keep customers. You’ll play a key role in providing excellent service and supporting our team’s growth.
A valid Property and Casualty (P&C) License is REQUIRED to apply.
Please do not apply if you do not currently hold this license or are not able to obtain it.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Answer questions about insurance options, policy changes, claims, and billing quickly and clearly.
- Help customers understand the insurance coverage that fits their needs.
- Communicate effectively to support customers and help grow our business.
- Ask happy customers for reviews and referrals.
- Work with the team to meet service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle service tasks yourself, so the sales team can focus on selling.
- Process customer payments accurately and keep good records.
- Send important documents to customers on time and professionally.
- Reach out to customers to collect any needed documents and ensure a smooth experience.
- Help customers set up and use their online accounts.
- A strong focus on great customer service.
- Must have a valid Property and Casualty (P&C) License.
- Ability to get a Life/Health License is a plus.
- Experience meeting marketing goals.
- Interest in helping customers find the right insurance products.

- Our office is open 9:00am - 5:00pm Weekdays.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- We have 15 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish, Cantonese, and Mandarin
