Minuteman Press is looking for a dependable delivery driver to join our team. You’ll be responsible for delivering finished products to our customers. Making trips to the paper company and vendors. This position is more than just deliveries—you’ll also drop off welcome packages to potential clients: schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations, etc.
Because of this, you are the face of our company. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their appearance and communication.
This canidate must be:
- Professional in appearance (well-groomed and well-dressed)
- Well-spoken and confident when interacting with customers
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable building relationships
- Reliable and takes ownership of their responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver completed orders to customers in the local area
- Pick up and drop off packages to customers, vendors, and schools
- Drop off marketing packages to potential customers (schools, businesses, organizations)
- Assist with bindery work (cutting, folding, stapling, packaging)
- Help operate digital press and finishing equipment
- Support t-shirt production (DTF printing and heat pressing)
- Organize jobs for delivery and production
- Ensure all orders are accurate, on time, and presented professionally
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- No experience required—we will train the right person
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
