At Primrose School of South Meridian, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher who is ready to inspire young minds and create meaningful learning experiences in a supportive, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and implement engaging, hands-on lesson plans 
  • Foster a positive, nurturing classroom where children feel safe and excited to learn 
  • Guide children through important developmental milestones 
  • Communicate with families and build strong relationships 
  • Lead your classroom with confidence while supporting assistant teachers 
  • Bring our Balanced Learning® curriculum to life each day 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and structured environment 
What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of preschool or early childhood experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but not required
  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills 
  • A genuine passion for working with young children 
  • Someone who brings energy, positivity, and consistency to their classroom 
  • Rate of pay is dependable of education and experience
