This is an on-site role in Terre Haute, IN
- Manage the end-to-end financing process across multiple active deals
- Work directly with sales teams and operators to gather required information
- Submit, track, and manage financing applications with lending partners
- Coordinate approvals, documentation, and funding timelines
- Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure deals progress without delays
- Identify and resolve issues that could impact approvals or funding
- Communicate clear, timely updates to internal stakeholders
- Build familiarity with financing programs, lender requirements, and approval criteria
- Help refine and improve the financing process as volume grows
- 2–5 years in a process-driven, detail-oriented role
(finance support, lending operations, deal coordination, or similar) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail — accuracy is critical in every step
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining consistency and quality
- Strong communication skills with internal teams and partners
- Problem-solving mindset — able to identify issues and keep deals moving
