WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  •  Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and outreach 
  •  Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities 
  •  Conduct follow-ups to move prospects through the sales process 
  •  Collaborate with team members on outreach strategies 
  •  Track activity and progress toward sales goals 
  •  Maintain compliance with office and regulatory standards 
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
  •  Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
  •  Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask 
  •  Comfortable initiating conversations and building new relationships 
  •  Background in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred 
  •  Ability to obtain state insurance licenses (we’ll guide you through it)
