Local Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm (small firm) is adding an additional Litigation Attorney to join a growing firm. If you meet the below requirements and have Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation experience in Nevada, we want to hear from you.
Requirements and Experience:
· Licensed to practice law in Nevada
· Must have Experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury Law
· A Minimum of 5 years of practicing law with Litigation Experience
· Courtroom experience
· Trial experience preferred
· Knowledge of the Local Rules of Civil Procedures and timelines
· Strong Discovery skills, propounding and responding
· Possess excellent Analytical and Negotiation Skills
· Strong Writing and Communication Skills
We offer excellent benefits including 100% paid health, dental and eye care, PTO and bonuses. Salary depends on your experience, however, the pay is generous and negotiable.
Compensation: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
