- The Associate Store Manager works collaboratively with the Store Manager to lead and develop the team, with the goal of fulfilling T-Mobile's mission: to earn a place in the hearts of our customers and ensure the success of Mobile Associates.
- Inspire every Mobile Associate with a passion for the T-Mobile Manifesto, guiding and guiding them under the standard of Love Our Customers.
- Ensure that every customer need is met when visiting the store, building trust by providing a comfortable, simple experience and solving the entire problem.
- Observe Mobile Associates' interactions with customers, give feedback, and use it in development, coaching, and mentoring conversations.
- Effectively manage customer wait time. Keep up with products, services, and promotions.
- Lead by example, staying up-to-date on the latest leadership products, services, trainings, and best practices. Be an expert resource for the team.
- Interact directly with Mobile Associates to ensure they meet or exceed monthly goals and complete assigned trainings on time.
- Maintain the quality of the overall store environment and comply with national standards of presentation. Use visual displays and interactive devices effectively and keep them up to date.
- Support in the execution of Retail Sales Methods and Procedures.
- Ensure that the team has knowledge of the store's systems and corporate communications.
- Comply with financial results based on key performance indicators.
- Identify ways to manage and control store expenses. Manage discounts and credits.
- 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales (preferably in retail environment).
- Availability to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lead and guide people to obtain excellent results.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact with teammates and clients.
