Electrician- Martin & St. Lucie Counties

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Lead the design, analysis, and testing of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and circuitry.
· Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineers and technicians.
· Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
· Plan, coordinate, and manage electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.
· Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, project managers, and contractors.
· Design and implement electrical systems and components for various applications, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
· Perform simulations, testing, and troubleshooting to optimize system performance.
· Identify and resolve technical challenges during the design and implementation phases.
· Ensure all designs and installations comply with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
· Promote and enforce adherence to safety protocols throughout the team when overseeing a project.
· Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to maintain safe working conditions.
· Prepare detailed technical reports, schematics, and documentation.
· Maintain accurate project records, including testing results, design changes, and progress reports.
· Present project updates and technical finds to management and clients.
· Act as a point of expertise for troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical issues.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred
· Professional Engineer license or equivalent certification preferred.
· Proven experience in electrical engineering, with at least 7 years in a senior or leadership role.
· Strong knowledge of industry standards such as NEC, IEEE, and IEC codes.
· Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency with company software and basic office applications (e.g. Microsoft Office).
Compensation: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
