Our agency opened in 2018 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, service, and building strong relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked for another agent and also have a background in banking and insurance.

I attended USC Aiken and am a proud husband, parent of two, and dog owner - our dogs even make appearances in the office. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and attending my kids’ sporting events.
We stay involved in the community through the Chamber of Commerce and the North Augusta Arts and Heritage Board.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jonathan Wingard - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
